10-108c.   Same; municipality prevailing in lawsuit authorized to issuebonds unless stay granted.Whenever a judgment is entered in favor of a municipality inany action challenging the authority for or validity of the issuance ofbonds pursuant to article 1 of chapter 10 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated,such municipality shall have authority to forthwith issue its bonds notwithstandingany other party's right to appeal unless such other party applies to thedistrict court for and is granted a stay on appeal pursuant to subsection(d) of K.S.A. 60-2103.
