10-109.   Filing statement of issuance with state treasurer.The clerk, secretary or other recording officer of any municipalitywhich issues bonds shall file with the state treasurer a statement in suchform and including such information as the state treasurer may require,signed by all the officers who signed the bonds and attested by the properofficer with the corporate seal of the municipality, if it have a seal, andduly acknowledged before the clerk of the district court.
