10-118.   Sinking fund levy to pay bonds maturing at same time.Whenever any municipality has issued bonds the entire amount of whichbecome due and payable at the same time, it shall be the duty of the properofficers of such municipality to levy in each year a sinking fundsufficient to pay the said bonds when due, in addition to the tax necessaryto pay the interest thereon.
