10-121.   Elections for acquisition of land.Whenever any election is required to authorize the acquisition of landfor, or the making of any public improvement, and such proposition iscoupled with the proposition of the issuance of bonds and the levy of taxesto pay for the same, such election shall be held in all respects asprovided for bond elections alone, except when such election is held at thesame time as a general election.
