10-127.   Same; refusal by state treasurer to register.The state treasurer shall refuse to register any bonds, if any coupons attachedthereto are not printed in accordance with K.S.A. 10-126, and amendmentsthereto. No municipalityshall attach to any bond issued by such municipality interest couponshaving different rates of interest, and the state treasurer shall refuse toregister any bonds issued after the effective date of this act which do notcomply with this requirement.
