10-1118.   Treasurer; record of moneys on hand and in each fund;exhibition of record or statement in writing.The treasurer of every municipality shall keep a record of the amount ofmoney on hand in the treasury, which record shall show at all times theamount of money in each particular fund. Such treasurer shall, upon therequest of any person, exhibit such record to such person or give suchperson a statement in writing, showing the balances on hand in each of thefunds of the municipality.
