10-1118. Treasurer; record of moneys on hand and in each fund;
exhibition of record or statement in writing.
The treasurer of every municipality shall keep a record of the amount of
money on hand in the treasury, which record shall show at all times the
amount of money in each particular fund. Such treasurer shall, upon the
request of any person, exhibit such record to such person or give such
person a statement in writing, showing the balances on hand in each of the
funds of the municipality.
