10-202.   Same; election before bonds issued; conditions as to issuance. Before any bonds shall be issued, as herein provided, the same shall beordered by a vote of the qualified electors of such county, city, ortownship. All bonds issued under the provisions of this act [*] shall beissued in the manner provided by the general bond law and such bonds may beissued without regard to any statutory limitations of bonded indebtednessand shall not be included in computing the total bonded indebtedness of anycounty, city or township issuing the same for the purposes of suchstatutory limitations of bonded indebtedness.
