10-429.   Same; terms; installments; maturity dates.Bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall bear interest at arate not to exceed the maximum rate of interest prescribed by K.S.A.10-1009, and shall mature within a period ofthirty-one (31) yearsfrom and after the date of issuance of such bonds.
