Chapter 10.--BONDS AND WARRANTS

Article 4.--REFUNDING BONDS

     
10-429.   Same; terms; installments; maturity dates.
Bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall bear interest at a
rate not to exceed the maximum rate of interest prescribed by K.S.A.
10-1009, and shall mature within a period of
thirty-one (31) years
from and after the date of issuance of such bonds.
