10-502.   Establishment of fiscal agency.Laws 1874, chapter 75, sections 1 to 7, inclusive, included byreference. [This act, the title of which was "An act to provide for theestablishment of a fiscal agency for the state of Kansas in the city of NewYork, and prescribing the duties of officers in relation thereto," alsoincluded section 8 [10-501], which was amended by Laws 1908, chapter 58,making the state treasurer the fiscal agent of the state, but retaining asubagency in New York; section 5 [10-507] of the act last named adopts theprovisions of Laws 1874, chapter 75, as far as applicable.]
