10-504.   Deposit of funds of agency.The state treasurer shall deposit all funds coming into the statetreasurer's hands on account of such agency in the state treasury, subjectto the state treasurer's order, countersigned by the director of accountsand reports, and shall be liable on his or her official bond as the statetreasurer for all such funds so deposited.
