10-505.   Commission.The state treasurer shall collect for receiving and disbursing suchfunds, for the uses of the state, a commission of one-eighth of onepercent but not to exceed the sum of one dollar and twenty-five cents($1.25) for each bond, which commission shall be acharge against the county, township, school district or municipality onaccount of which such commission accrued.
