10-507.   Fiscal agency in New York.All acts and parts of acts relative to state fiscal agency in the cityof New York shall remain in force as to such agency, except insofar as thesame are modified by the provisions of this act, and shall, as far asapplicable, apply to the fiscal agency created and designated by this act.
