10-603.   Payment of bonds; deposit in bond servicesfee fund.On the maturity of any registered bond, it shall be forwarded by theholder to the state treasurer, who shall collect the same and pay theproceeds to the last registered holder thereof. All fees collected underthe provisions of this act shall be deposited in the state treasuryand credited to the bond services fee fund established under K.S.A.10-108, andamendments thereto.
