10-630.   Registration records; exempt from public inspection.(a) Registration records of the issuer may be maintainedat such locationswithin or without the state as the issuer determines.

      (b)   Records of the ownership or pledge of bonds are not subject to inspectionor copying under any law of this state relating to the right of the publicto inspect or copy public records.
