10-705.   Record of duplicates.Any officer issuing duplicates under this act shall keep a record,showing the numbers, dates and amounts of such mutilated, lost or destroyedbonds or warrants, the number of coupons thereto attached, if any, thedate of issuance of the duplicate therefor andthe names of thepersons to whom issued.
