10-802.   Authority for issuance; claims, when.No warrants or warrant checks shall be issued exceptas provided by law and no warrants or warrant checks shall be issued orauthorized by any governing body except on claims as provided by K.S.A.12-105b, and amendments thereto. Claimsshall not be required for the paymentof bonds and interest thereon, temporary notes, scripor no-fund warrants issuedby the municipality.
