10-809.   Warrant register; custody.Every municipal treasurer, shall upon the expiration of his or her termof office deliver to his or her successor the warrant register containingthe list of warrants or warrant checks originally recorded andcountersigned, and presented and registered, who shall in all things act asthough the entries of such warrants or warrant checks were made by suchsuccessor.
