10-813.   Same; nonpayment of warrant for lack of funds tolls time periodfor cancellation.In case any warrant has been presented to the state treasurer priorto the time the warrantcould be canceled pursuant to K.S.A. 10-811 and amendments thereto andhas been stamped "notpaid for want of funds," the time periods for cancellationprovided for in K.S.A. 10-811 and amendments thereto,shall be tolleduntil the warrants are called for payment bythe state treasurer.
