11-206. Same; contracts with boards of county commissioners;
employment of personnel.
In the conduct of such enumeration the secretary may contract
with the board of county commissioners of the several counties of the state
for the services of
county personnel, equipment and facilities, may employ officers and
employees of political and taxing subdivisions of the state during hours
for which such officers and employees are not employed and compensated by
such political or taxing subdivision and may employ such additional
personnel as may be necessary for such purposes.
