11-206.   Same; contracts with boards of county commissioners;employment of personnel.In the conduct of such enumeration the secretary may contractwith the board of county commissioners of the several counties of the statefor the services ofcounty personnel, equipment and facilities, may employ officers andemployees of political and taxing subdivisions of the state during hoursfor which such officers and employees are not employed and compensated bysuch political or taxing subdivision and may employ such additionalpersonnel as may be necessary for such purposes.
