Article 2.--POPULATION OR CENSUS STATISTICS; APPLICATION

     
11-210.   Data used for grant applications.
Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 11-304 and 11-321,
and
amendments thereto, for the purpose of making applications for grants, the
secretary of state and any political subdivision of the state may use any
census data available.
