11-301.   Census data for reapportionment of senatorial andrepresentative districts; adjustment of federal census.In accordance with this act, the secretary of state shall obtain data tomake adjustments to each federal decennial census such that there is compliancewith subsection (a) of section 1 of article 10 of the constitution ofKansas. The secretary shall make or cause to be made all such adjustments.
