12-121.   Same; application of act.Nothing in K.S.A. 12-120 shall be deemed to apply to records, documentsor papers not specifically mentioned nor to authorize the destruction ofrecords, documents or papers which in their nature should be preservedpermanently, nor to prohibit destruction of records, documents or papersobviously of only temporary value after a reasonable time.
