12-123.   Same; evidence in courts or administrative agencies. Photographs, microphotographs orreproduction shall be deemedto be an original record for all purposes, including introduction inevidence in all courts or administrative agencies. A transcript,exemplification or certified copy thereof, for all purposes recitedherein, shall be deemed to be a transcript, exemplification orcertified copy ofthe original.
