12-138b. Continuation in effect of tax or other revenue measures.
Any city tax or other revenue measure adopted under the provisions of K.S.A.
12-137 through 12-138a shall continue in effect until amended or repealed
by an ordinance of the governing body which has also been adopted under
the provisions of K.S.A. 12-137 through 12-138a.
