12-146. Same; use of tax proceeds.
The revenue derived from such taxes shall be used for the improvement of
highways and for the regulation of vehicular traffic thereon and for no
other purposes. The revenue derived from any taxes levied on a date
following final adoption of the city's budget may be expended during the
first year without regard to budget law limitations.
