12-150.   Agreements with county commissioners for auditing of books andrecords of certain political subdivisions and quasi-municipal corporations. All political subdivisions and quasi-municipal corporations of thisstate, except for counties, cities and school districts, are herebyauthorized to enter into an agreement with the board of countycommissioners of any county in which all or part of any such politicalsubdivision or quasi-municipal corporations are located, whereby said boardof county commissioners, with or without a consideration, shall cause thebooks, records and other financial statements of such political subdivisionor quasi-municipal corporations to be audited at the same time the annualcounty audit is made.
