12-155.   Same; certification of resolution or petition; submission ofproposition by county election officer.The resolution of the governing body or the petition, if found to besufficient by the governing body, shall be certified to the county electionofficer. The county election officer shall cause such proposition to besubmitted at the next city general election if one is to be held within six(6) months after the receipt of such resolution or petition, otherwise at aspecial election to be held not less than forty-five (45) nor more thansixty (60) days after such receipt.
