12-189d.   Sales of bingo cards, faces and instantbingo tickets; exempt.All sales of bingo cards, bingo faces and instant bingotickets by licensees under K.S.A. 79-4701 et seq., and amendmentsthereto, shall be exempt from the taxes levied and collected by cities andcounties under K.S.A. 12-187 et seq., and amendments thereto.
