12-195a. Same; allotment of county proceeds to townships.
Any county receiving revenue derived from a countywide retailers'
sales tax imposed pursuant to K.S.A. 12-187 and amendments thereto is authorized
to allot any portion of such revenue allocated to the county to any township
located within such county.
