12-1,121.   Publication of notices, advertisements or otherpublications; failure to publish in strict compliance with law; validity.Whenever any notice, advertisement or publication of anykind is required to be published in a newspaper by any of the laws of thestate of Kansas three or more consecutive times as a condition precedentfor a political or taxing subdivision to take action or exercise anyauthority, no such action taken or authority exercised shall be deemed tobe invalid on account of the newspaper's oversight in failing to publishone of such notices, advertisements or publications in strict accordancewith the provisions of law requiring the same if compliance with thenumber of publication requirements for notices, advertisements orpublications has been achieved prior to the taking of such action orexercise of such authority.

      The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to K.S.A. 60-307,and amendments thereto.
