12-1005b.   Same; cities hereafter adopting city-manager form.Cities of the second class in excess of eight thousand population,hereafter adopting the city-manager plan of government, shall selectcommissioners at the first regular city election after the adoption of saidcity-manager plan in the manner as provided for the selection ofcommissioners in the year 1925, and for the further election of citycommissioners at the second regular city election after the adoption ofsaid city-manager plan in the same manner as provided for year 1927, andalso at the regular city elections thereafter, as provided in K.S.A.12-1005a.
