12-1005g.   Increasing number of commissioners in commission-managercities over 8,000.Any city operating under the commission-manager form of governmenthaving a population of eight thousand (8,000) or more and having three (3)commissioners may increase the number of commissioners to five (5) in themanner provided by this act.
