12-1005h.   Same; submission of question to electors.Before the governing body of the city shall be increased to five (5) members,the question "Shall the number of city commissioners of the city ______________be increased from three to five?" shall be submitted to the qualified electorsof the city in the manner provided by K.S.A. 12-184. If a majority of thosevoting on the question vote "Yes" the governing body of the city shall consistof five (5) commissioners and such increase in the number of commissionersshall become effective as provided in K.S.A. 12-1005k.
