12-1006.   Governing board under commission-manager plan; specificrequirements; vacancies.The governing board shall consist of the number of commissioners nowprovided for the several cities by the various commission government acts.No distinction shall be made in title or duties among these commissioners,except as the board shall organize itself for business. Qualifications,terms of office, oaths and bonds of commissioners shall be those providedin the acts herein referred to. Vacancies shall be filled in the manneralready provided for by law.
