12-1009.   Same; meetings.The commission shall meet regularly twice a month, or oftener if thepublic business requires: Provided, That in cities of the first classthe commissioners shall meet at least once a week, or oftener if the publicbusiness requires. A call signed by a majority of the commission shall besufficient warrant for a special meeting. Regular or special meetings shallalways be open to the public.
