12-1009. Same; meetings.
The commission shall meet regularly twice a month, or oftener if the
public business requires: Provided, That in cities of the first class
the commissioners shall meet at least once a week, or oftener if the public
business requires. A call signed by a majority of the commission shall be
sufficient warrant for a special meeting. Regular or special meetings shall
always be open to the public.
