12-1017.   Same; adoption by cities; laws applicable.Any city is hereby authorized to adopt the provisions of this act, andto vote thereon as is herein provided. Except as herein provided, thegeneral laws establishing and relating to the commission form in cities ofthe first, second and third class shall govern cities adopting this act.
