12-1028.   Same; duties of governing body upon abandonment of managerplan.If a majority of all the votes cast at such election shall be in favorof the abandonment of the city-manager plan, then the governing body ofsuch city shall within sixty days after such election discharge the citymanager, and shall then assume the powers and duties delegated to suchgoverning body under the laws of the state of Kansas, in the same mannerand to the same extent as though the provisions of this act had never beenadopted.
