12-1030.   Same; city wards.If the majority of all the votes cast at such election shall be in favorof the adoption of the council-city manager form of government, thegoverning body of such city shall within thirty days after such adoptiondivide the city into wards; the number of such wards shall be determined bythe governing body but in no case shall there be less than five and thereshall always be an odd number.
