12-1031.   Same; councilman from each ward; terms.Upon the adoption of the council-city manager form of government, thereshall be elected at the next city election following such adoption onecouncilman from each ward and the councilmen elected from the odd-numberedwards shall serve for a term of four years and the councilmen elected fromthe even-numbered wards shall serve for a term of two years and thereafterall councilmen shall be elected for four-year terms.
