12-1033.   Same; powers and duties of council.All the powers, duties, authority, jurisdiction and liability now orhereafter conferred or imposed by law upon the city commission in citiesoperating under the commission-city manager form of government are herebyconferred and imposed upon the council under the council-city manager formof government as created by this act.
