12-1034. Same; powers and duties of manager.
All the powers, duties, authority, jurisdiction and liability now or
hereafter conferred or imposed by law upon the city manager in cities
operating under the commission-city manager form of government are hereby
conferred and imposed upon the city manager appointed by the council under
the council-city manager form of government as created by this act.
