12-1034.   Same; powers and duties of manager.All the powers, duties, authority, jurisdiction and liability now orhereafter conferred or imposed by law upon the city manager in citiesoperating under the commission-city manager form of government are herebyconferred and imposed upon the city manager appointed by the council underthe council-city manager form of government as created by this act.
