12-1036g.   Same; application of laws to cities adopting act; cityattorney, clerk, police judge.The governing body and the city manager of a city adopting this actshall be governed by the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1009 to 12-1014, bothsections inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 12-1015, and anyamendments thereto, in the organization and administration of such city,except that the governing body may by ordinance provide that the governingbody shall appoint either or all of the following city officers: Cityattorney, city clerk, and city police judge, to hold office at the pleasureof the governing body.
