Article 11a.--LAW ENFORCEMENT

     
12-11a04.   Same; special law enforcement fund; use of moneys.
All moneys derived from taxes levied by a city under the authority of
K.S.A. 12-11a03 shall be placed in a special law enforcement fund and shall
be used only for the purpose of providing additional law enforcement
personnel and equipment for such city.
