12-11a05. Tax levies and expenditures not subject to limitations of
tax lid.
Taxes levied by counties and cities under the authority of this act
shall not be subject to or within the limitations upon the levy of taxes
and the expenditure of funds imposed under the provisions of article 44 of
chapter 79 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
