12-11a05.   Tax levies and expenditures not subject to limitations oftax lid.Taxes levied by counties and cities under the authority of this actshall not be subject to or within the limitations upon the levy of taxesand the expenditure of funds imposed under the provisions of article 44 ofchapter 79 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
