12-11a10. Same; joint department, qualification of law enforcement
officers.
All officers appointed in any joint department created under the
provisions of this act or employed by any city or township pursuant to any
contract under the provisions of this act shall be subject to the
certification requirements prescribed under article 56 of chapter 74 of the
Kansas Statutes Annotated.
