12-11a10.   Same; joint department, qualification of law enforcementofficers.All officers appointed in any joint department created under theprovisions of this act or employed by any city or township pursuant to anycontract under the provisions of this act shall be subject to thecertification requirements prescribed under article 56 of chapter 74 of theKansas Statutes Annotated.
