12-11a11. Same; use and disposition of revenue by cities.
All moneys derived from taxes levied by a city under the authority of
K.S.A. 12-11a09 shall be placed in a special law enforcement fund and shall
be used only for the purposes authorized under the provisions of K.S.A.
12-11a06.
