12-1233.   Same; powers and duties.
Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, the powers and duties
of regional library boards, the powers and duties of officers and members
of such boards, and the manner and procedure by which such powers and
duties are to be exercised, shall be as provided herein for library boards
generally.
