12-1237. Same; election canvass; annual tax levy.
The board of county commissioners shall, at its next meeting following
the holding of such election, canvass the results of said election. If a
majority of the votes cast at such election on such proposition shall be in
the affirmative, the board of county commissioners shall forthwith
establish such library district and such library district, through its
governing body, is hereby authorized to and shall annually levy the tax for
the maintenance of such library in such sum as the library board shall
determine, within the limitations fixed by law.
