12-1239.   Same; annual meeting; time of.An annual meeting of the qualified voters of such library district shallbe held on the first Tuesday in March of each year at 2 o'clock p.m. At thefirst annual meeting a majority of the qualified voters present maydetermine whether the subsequent annual meetings shall convene at 2 o'clockp.m. or at 7:30 o'clock p.m. Thereafter, said annual meeting shall conveneat the time so determined, unless at a subsequent annual meeting a majorityof the qualified voters present determine that the annual meeting shallconvene at such later or earlier time, as the case may be.
