12-1240.   Same; notice of annual meeting.It shall be the duty of the board of directors to give notice of everyannual meeting by causing a notice to be published once each week for two(2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in said librarydistrict. The last publication of such notice to be made not more than six(6) days prior to the date of holding the meeting. Such notice shallinclude the time and place of such meeting.
